Role: Office Manager
Pay: From $20.00 per hour according to skills & experience
Expected hours: 25 per week Monday to Friday 8am to 1pm
Looking for an enthusiastic, well spoken, DETAIL ORIENTED scheduler & office manager with great customer service. The position requires good listening, communication and organizational skills. You will be responsible for answering the telephone, scheduling appointments, dispatching drivers, billing, filing, using Microsoft Excel, Word & our cloud based applications. Good clerical skills a must. Must be dependable, trustworthy, have your own transportation and able to work the hours posted.

Job responsibilities are:
- Take calls from clients, schedule & confirm their trips.
- Map out and dispatch drivers and vehicles to locations according to client requests.
- Bill/invoice clients through apps. Reconcile receivables.
- Prepare daily work schedules and driver trip documentation.
- Work with Providers, supervisors or clients to resolve problems. Troubleshoot.
- Oversee/communicate with drivers while they are on the road.
- Oversee driver/contractor invoices and payments
- Record keeping and organizing files (driver logs, client files, legal document files and other information).
- ·Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- · Must be pay attention to details, able to catch errors or discrepancies & correct them.
- · Proficient at typing. Good phone, handwriting skills.
- · Organized, good filing & recordkeeping skills. Able to multi-task.
- · Be able to think through and see the big picture and come to a good and efficient outcome.
- Good phone etiquette. Knowledge of Android phone text message.
- Proficient email and NEMT software preferred.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
